Dr Spiller is always so helpful and adjusts my hearing aids to make the sound clear and crisp for me. I mentioned that I needed to make an appointment to bring in my step-mother's aids because they weren't working well and she had me pick them up from the nursing home that day and had the problem resolved in a matter of minutes. So grateful for her expertise and patient care!

Dr Carranza met me at the door and listened to my concern and then did the most through evaluation I have ever had. She diagnosed the issue and resolved my vertigo. I have been struggling with vertigo for 4 months and in one visit it was resolved. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Carranza is so refreshing as a doctor or to visit. She’s very easy to talk to and works with you to fix your issue (mine was vertigo). I would recommend her a 100%

Wonderful doctor and staff! Had an issue with the hearing aids I got for work, which was not there fault, but they got everything resolved. I would highly recommend!!

I was having a big problem with one hearing aid and Kelly fixed it quickly and it is working great again. Multiple members of our family have worked with Kelly for years. The ability of her and her staff to resolve any issues that we have in a timely manner is one of the things that sets them apart from the experiences that many of our friends and acquaintances have with hearing aids from other sources. In addition, they are great people to work with and they really care about helping us all to hear better than we did when we walked in their door with hearing problems.
