Absolutely excellent.
I was lucky enough to have family advocating for me from nearly the beginning, and to get to Dr. Carranza as soon as I did.
It's less scary to know what IS going on and that there is treatment. The vHIT test is new and should be picked up by insurance companies ASAP. People are out here struggling due to poor navigational direction from their General Practitioner and ER. Thank God for the ENT, Carley Shaw for referring me in.

I came to Dr Carranza with very bad vertigo from Bppv and in 2 treatments it was fixed. She was very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to treat any kind of vertigo

Love this office! Had my follow up visit. They are SO attentive to your needs! Dr. Spiller made adjustments and showed me features on my hearing aids that I didn’t even know were available. Dr. Spiller is great, would highly recommend!!

For years I have been struggling to get an answer to my vertigo spells. Dr. Carranza went above and beyond to find the problem. While my road to recovery so to speak is still to be traveled. I am very confident and comfortable with Dr. Carranza by my side.

Dr. Spiller explained in detail what to expect, along with her findings on my hearing test. Then when I had challenges with my hearing aids, she was quick to have me come in and resolved it within 10-15 minutes and I was on my way again.
She normalized what I was going through, showing me she cares and understands what I am going through.
