Right hearing aid was not working. Stop by the office and problem was resolved by replacing parts. Very short time required to diagnose and solve the problem.

I was very satisfied with the care that my mom received yesterday at her appointment! Everyone we dealt with was kind and courteous and actually went above me on what was expected. My mom was 88 years old and not very mobile, two people came down from the office with a wheelchair and picked her up from the parking garage and helped her back up to the office. Amazingly good service!!

Dr. Schumacher has been a good lady to work with to get the ultimate hearing experience from the hearing aid devices she sets you up with. She has been working with me very hard to make sure hearing is just right!!

My 6 year old son experienced a sudden hearing loss a few months ago, Dr. Spiller was quick to get him in and get him tested. She then coordinated with the Otologist on the next steps in his treatment, and ultimate diagnosis.
